Kids Club Drop-Off Program

The Pitch LLC is Quincy's family-friendly arcade and batting-cage facility. Our Kids Club program provides a safe, supervised, and exciting environment for children ages 5–13. This handbook explains how Kids Club works and outlines the policies that keep all participants safe.
Kids Club is the only time minors may be dropped off at The Pitch. Outside of Kids Club hours, all minors ages 0–17 must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times. No drop-offs are permitted during public hours.
Kids Club is not a daycare.
It is a supervised, free-play facility. Staff are present to enforce club rules, assist with gameplay, and ensure a safe environment — not to provide one-on-one care, personal assistance, or restroom help. All members must be fully potty trained and able to use the restroom independently.
Section 1
During Kids Club, enrolled members participate in structured, staff-led activities including:
Arcade free-play — unlimited access to all arcade games during session hours
Batting cage rotations — supervised turns in the BatBox batting cages
Group games including Onion Ball and other facility favorites
Skill challenges and mini-competitions organized by staff
Optional snack breaks using the prepaid concessions tab
On occasion, special events and themed activities — posted on the Events Calendar
Section 2
All Kids Club participants must check in at the front counter upon arrival. Parents or guardians must provide:
Child's name and age
Parent or guardian name
Emergency phone number
Any medical, allergy, or behavioral information relevant to the session
Names of all authorized pick-up persons
Children receive a session wristband or stamp for identification upon check-in.
Section 3
During Kids Club hours, The Pitch provides general group supervision. This includes:
A trained adult supervisor (18+) on duty at all times
General monitoring of arcade play, batting cages, and group activities
Enforcement of safety rules and facility expectations
Assistance with gameplay instructions and activity rules when needed
Immediate response to injuries, behavior issues, or emergencies
Kids Club is a general-supervision free-play program — not a structured daycare or one-on-one care service. Staff oversee the group as a whole. Teen employees may assist but do not serve as the designated supervisor.
Section 4
Parents should notify staff at check-in of any:
Food allergies or dietary restrictions
Medical conditions that may affect participation
Behavioral needs or accommodations
Any other concerns that may affect your child's experience
Section 5
Snacks and food are not included with Kids Club membership. No complimentary food or beverages are provided during sessions.
Members may purchase food and beverages from The Pitch Concession Stand using a prepaid concessions tab set up by the parent during enrollment or through the Member Portal.
Parents can load funds onto their child's tab at any time via the portal. Children use their tab balance to purchase items at the counter — no cash or card is needed at the register.
Parents may set a monthly spending limit per child to control how much can be spent from the tab each month. This can be adjusted at any time in the portal.
No outside food or beverages are allowed inside The Pitch, unless required for a documented medical or dietary need. Please contact staff in advance if accommodations are needed.
