All guests must sign this waiver before participating in batting cage sessions or any other activity at The Pitch LLC. Please read each section carefully before signing.
This is a legally binding document. By signing, you agree to release The Pitch LLC from liability for injuries sustained during participation in facility activities. If you are signing on behalf of a minor, you represent that you are their parent or legal guardian.
I understand and acknowledge that participation in activities at The Pitch LLC ("The Facility"), including but not limited to use of batting cages, BatBox sessions, arcade games, tabletop games, and any other recreational activities offered, involves inherent risks of injury, including serious bodily injury or death. These risks include, but are not limited to: being struck by a baseball or softball, equipment malfunction, slipping or falling, and contact with other participants or objects. I voluntarily assume all such risks, known and unknown, associated with participation in any activity at The Facility.
