Before You Book
If you're late to the plate, the clock still runs.
Your BatBox reservation begins at the scheduled time, not when you arrive. We hold your bay for 15 minutes past your start time. After 15 minutes, your bay may be released to walk-ins. Missed time is not refunded or extended.
Plans change — just let us know early.
Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your reservation receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. Same-day cancellations are treated the same as a missed reservation.
Don't leave your team hanging.
If you do not arrive and do not contact us, the booking is considered a no-show. No-shows are non-refundable and the bay is released immediately.
If you're running behind, give us a call — we'll help if we can, but we can't guarantee your bay after the 15-minute mark.
